The leadership development training course was excellent from start to finish We couldn't have asked for a better facilitator in Sue and her knowledge level was to a very high standard. She presented in such a way that catered to all of the participants and made it a very interactive environment involving everyone. I not only met my objectives but left feeling I had learnt for more than I expected. I haven't laughed so much in a long time and found it to be a very positive experience. Thank you Sue.
The course was very well received and Troy was a great trainer. The way he presented it was very easy to understand and he covered off on a lot of items which were valid and useful. It was appreciated that he tailored the information to suit our team. Everyone learnt something and will put into practice what we were shown.

I have to say I was blown away by the course, it was serious but I managed to have the best day and a quite a few laughs. Derrick is amazing at what he does, the whole class took no longer than 30 mins to relax and open up. I have taken life lessons away with me and now I just need to put them into practise, I have my manual in my desk at work and look forward to referring to it to help me be a better work colleague and better person. There are many EA courses out there, and many of them aren't great. This course was the the best course I had been on. Derrick was knowledgeable, and the participants on the course were given the freedom to talk about their experiences and opinions in an open environment. Thank you so much.
